Lady On The Lake B&B is nestled within the stunning state of North Dakota, on the banks of Lake Elsie. The property has been refurbished to honor the elegance it held in an era gone by.

 

Built in 1884, this former mansion of Colonel Richard Hankinson is 5,000 sq ft, and features Queen Anne style architecture. A beautiful property to encounter.

It blends charm, history, and romance, to make your perfect romantic escape destination.

 

The B&B has four luxury guest rooms, each offering a stunning view of sparkling Lake Elsie. Each of the rooms have their own warmth, and character, and so let the right room choose you.

 

All of the rooms feature a private bathroom, and three of the rooms can let you indulge in your own jetted Jacuzzi - perfect for bringing those chilly nights to a close.

 

Some of the guestroom floors are original oak, and with European furnishings, you can really feel the history and stories within it's walls.

 

Should you really want to spoilt yourselves, try the Colonel Hankinson Suite. Here you can recline across the entire 3rd floor, and watch the stars come out on your own private balcony.

 

The Lady On The Lake B&B also holds events from March to October, so check the diary before you book in case you want to experience the celebrations.

 

From open houses, to beach parties and costume parties, it's the perfect way to really celebrate both your time away together, and the memories that are being created within the historic mansion - ready to join the thousands that were created before you.
