There are three rooms within Kate Shepard House that will take you deep into it's history with the beautifully restored Queen Anne style design, with the past being woven into each one. Each room has been named for people and places that have had a special significance to the home, and each have the touches of luxury running throughout.

 

Enjoy some time within the house too. The Shepard Library features family memorabilia dating back to the 1800s.

 

Come morning, a gourmet breakfast awaits each and every guest, giving you an authentic taste of the south. Dive into Pecan Praline French Toast, or try Southern Scotch Eggs with country gravy. A must-try is the Shepard Eggs, triple berry spoon biscuits and gouda grits. Caramel apple pancakes anyone?  We hope your mouth is watering already.

 

All of the accommodations feature sitting areas, plus special touches like classical music and chocolates. The Mobile Bay also features a beautiful four poster bed.
